1. Scope and Responsibility

These standards apply to all users and all content on the Royal Message app and related services.

The service is operated by:

2. Explicit Prohibition of CSAE

Royal Message has a zero-tolerance policy towards Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including but not limited to:

  • Creation, sharing, requesting, or distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

Users must not upload, send, request, store, forward, or otherwise engage in any activities involving minors in a sexual or harmful manner. Such behaviour is a serious violation of these standards and our Terms of Service and may be a criminal offense.

3. How We Handle Reports of CSAE

If Royal Message becomes aware of CSAM or CSAE, we will:

  1. Immediately block access to the reported content where technically possible,
  2. Disable or permanently terminate accounts that are involved in CSAE or that repeatedly violate these standards, and
  3. Report the incident and relevant information to law enforcement or other competent child protection authorities, where legally required or appropriate.

We reserve the right to preserve and share data that is necessary to investigate and prosecute child sexual abuse and exploitation, in accordance with applicable laws.

4. How to Report Child Safety Concerns

If you encounter or suspect content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation in Royal Message, please report it immediately.

Report directly to Royal Message

You can contact us at our dedicated child-safety address:

Please include as much detail as possible (time, RMIDs involved, chat context) so we can act quickly and effectively.

If a child is in immediate danger, please contact your local police or emergency services first, before or in addition to contacting Royal Message.

5. In-App Feedback and User Reporting

Royal Message provides users with ways to give feedback and report problematic behaviour or content, including child safety concerns.

  • Users can contact support from within the app (e.g. via the support link) to raise safety issues.
  • We review incoming reports and take appropriate action in line with these Child Safety Standards and applicable law.

6. Legal Compliance

Royal Message is committed to complying with all applicable laws and regulations relating to child protection, online safety and the handling of CSAM/CSAE.

Where required by law, we cooperate with law enforcement, child protection organizations, and relevant hotlines to support the investigation and removal of child sexual abuse material.

7. Changes to These Standards

We may update these Child Safety Standards from time to time to reflect legal changes, industry best practices, or improvements in our safety processes.
